"Glasses were okay, but shipping could’ve been better"
The glasses themselves showed up fine, thankfully, but the box was rough when it arrived, kind of crushed and beat up. Nothing was broken, so that was a relief, but it didn’t really feel like it was packed with much care. I also expected a faster response when I reached out about it. Overall, the product was okay, but the shipping and communication could definitely be improved.

"Fast and easy, even with my complicated prescription"
I was surprised by how quickly my glasses were made. I ordered on Monday, and before I could even start blaming myself for waiting too long to get a backup pair, I had a shipping notice just a couple days later.
I figured it would take longer because my prescription isn’t exactly simple, but everything moved along fast with no hassle. The frames arrived in good shape, the lenses were correct, and I’d definitely order again when I inevitably put off getting another pair until the last minute.

"Easy to use, and I hope it stays that way"
I found the frames quickly and checkout was simple, which I really appreciated. The site didn’t freeze or make me click through a bunch of unnecessary pages, and it was easy to compare my options and place the order. if it ever gets clunky or frustrating, I’d probably just shop somewhere else, but this time it was smooth.

"Support got back to me pretty..."
Support got back to me fast and they did end up fixing my issue, which I appreciated. I just wish the communication had been clearer along the way because I had to guess what they meant a couple of times, and that was kind of annoying.

I was putting off sending in my prescription because I’m not the best with online forms and figured I’d mess something up. But it ended up being really simple. I just uploaded the paper my eye doctor gave me, and the form was clear enough to follow. It didn’t take long at all, which was nice because I’d already delayed it for no real reason. They seemed to have everything they needed too, so there wasn’t any annoying back and forth. Smooth process overall.

"Pretty decent lenses, but the coatings confused me"
I ordered these because I’ve used similar lenses before, and overall they’re fine. The lens options felt decent enough, but the coating choices were a little confusing to sort through. I went with anti-glare since I’m on my laptop a lot for work, and it does help, just not as much as I expected for the price.

"Prescription turned out just right"
I was sorta nervous about ordering glasses online since my prescription is on the stronger side, but the lenses came out exactly right. I didn’t get any headaches or that weird adjustment feeling, and I could see clearly pretty much as soon as I put them on.
The frames fit fine too, but the biggest thing for me was definitely the prescription accuracy. They matched what my eye doctor gave me, and reading or driving feels normal. Overall, I’m happy with how they turned out.

"Frames Fit Well Right Away"
The frames were comfortable from the moment I put them on and didn’t pinch my nose at all, even after wearing them all day. since they worked out so well, I’d definitely expect some kind of discount or credit if I order another pair.

I mean, I ended up paying way less than I would have at my local shop, which was a nice surprise. The glasses feel solid too, like, not cheap or flimsy or anything. So yeah, overall I’m happy with the value I got here.

The frames were decent overall, but I kinda wish there were more trendy options to choose from. I did end up finding a pair I liked after browsing for awhile, so it wasnt bad. Just felt a little limited for my taste.

"Pretty solid so far"
I haven’t had them long enough to say how they’ll hold up over time, but so far they seem good. The frames feel sturdy, the lenses are clear, and they don’t have that cheap feel. Overall, I’m happy with the quality based on my experience so far.
